CBS Case Competition 2009 has now official begun!

The majority of the participating teams arrived yesterday and today, Sunday, CBS Case Competition 2009 officially begun.

Even though CBS Case Competition is a serious event and a tough competition, the week in Copenhagen will include some fun time with lots of team activities before the real competition begins Wednesday morning. 

Today the teams met for the first time. Although the participating teams are competitors, CBS Case Competition is also about getting to know new people around the world. The week was therefore kicked off with a fun day of team building. All the participants as well as the Danish Team Hosts and the student Organising Committee behind the event, were there split into 8 teams. The teams each had to complete in several team building activities. The activities made sure that the teams worked together as a whole and were a really good way to get to know each other.

The winner of the day was team Snake - good job guys!!

For the rest of the week, the participants as well as their Team Hosts will participate in several events until the case is handed out and the real competition begins.

Starting tomorrow and throughout week 9 numerous events will take place around CBS campus. To name a few we have presentations, beat the elite, free merchandise, competitions, and of course the final itself on Friday the 27th.
