Are you a workflow guru by day and a social butterfly by night?
As the CCC organization is growing and the competitions are getting bigger, we are looking for a couple of workflow gurus who can help with internal administration. As part of People & Organization, you will be responsible for all the social gatherings and events within the organizing committee, as well as closely working with and supporting the Steering Committee. Having 40 people work together on one big project requires professionalism from everybody, but it definitely helps if we’re not just colleagues who work together, but friends who have fun together. Your finest job will be to help this along and make sure that everything internal runs smoothly. Some examples of tasks include but are not limited to:
Being flexible and independent with a collaborative mind-set
Executing Picture Day
Planning Cabin Trip (and the rest of the social activities)
Supporting the various teams ongoing tasks and their well-being
Assisting in the preparation and execution of internal events
